1. Controller
The controller is Fersoft Technologies, LLC, a limited liability company organised in Delaware (file number 10321376), with its address at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 39885, Dover, DE 19904, United States. For any question about your data, write to us at hola@fersoftech.com.
This policy covers this website, fersoftech.com. Each of our products has its own privacy policy on its own website.
2. Data we process
Only what you send us with the contact form:
- your name and your email address;
- your company name and an approximate budget, if you choose to give them;
- the type of enquiry and your message (up to 5,000 characters);
- the language of the page you write from, and the date and time you send it.
To protect the form from spam we also keep a hash of the IP address the message is sent from, never the IP address itself. It is only used to limit the number of messages per hour.
We do not ask for any other data or obtain it from other sources. Please do not include especially sensitive data in your message, such as information about your health.
3. What we use it for, and on what basis
- Replying to your enquiry and, if you ask for it, preparing a proposal or a quote: pre-contractual steps you request, and our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive.
- Protecting the form from spam and abuse with the IP hash: legitimate interest.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell it or pass it on to third parties for their own purposes.
4. How long we keep it
We keep messages for 12 months from the day we receive them; once that period has passed, they are deleted automatically. The IP hash is deleted automatically once 24 hours have passed. If your enquiry leads to a contract, we will keep what is needed for that relationship and to meet our legal obligations.
5. Who else processes it
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website, stores the messages in its database and, when enabled, notifies us of each new message by email. It acts as a processor.
Our replies come from our own address, hola@fersoftech.com. Fersoft Technologies, LLC is based in the United States and Cloudflare operates worldwide, so your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Where the GDPR requires it, we rely on adequacy decisions or valid safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Cookies
This website does not use cookies or store anything in your browser, and it has no analytics or advertising tools. That is why you will not see a cookie notice. Fonts are served from our own domain, with no third-party requests.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, for its rectification or erasure, object to its processing or ask us to restrict it, and request its portability, by writing to hola@fersoftech.com. We may ask for reasonable information to confirm your identity. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country; in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
8. Security and minors
The website only works over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to the messages is restricted to Fersoft Technologies, LLC. The form is not intended for anyone under 16.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
